The Mail Clerk follows clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence. Responsibilities would include filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file, or operating office equipment, (e.g., mimeograph, photocopy, addressograph or mailing machine). Qualifications

-Responsible for identifying the resources required to execute the category strategy and working with the Management Director to secure the same
-Work with the sourcing teams to ensure that each element of the category plan is completed to schedule and with maximum business impact
-Support the sourcing teams during the sourcing process and take part in negotiations and reviews as appropriate – ensuring at all times that activity is in line with the overall category strategy
-Communicate initiatives with suppliers and to management teams across CGI ensuring that efforts are coordinated and consistent
-Ensure that CGI has accurate spend information in relation to allocated categories of spend and that the pipeline of potential spend events is documented and leveraged appropriately
-Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise in relation to their allocated categories of spend acting as a point of contact within both the business and the Spend Management team in relation to the same Category Manager shall:
-Facilitate and chair a category council for each allocated spend category involving stakeholders from across CGI as necessary
-Create an agenda for each category council and ensure that the council meets no less than once a month

- Design and execute queries for internal and external customer data needs.
- Provide direct log analysis functions in order to identify supply support and transportation shortfalls affecting assigned Major Subordinate Commands (MSC)/Forward Distribution Points (FDPs) and is responsible in the development of automated management tools for internal and external customers.
- Provide assistance to military Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DODAAC) Managers at Camp Arifjan; solicit definitions of customers DODAAC requirements and load DODAAC's on the Corps Theater Automation Support Center (CTASC) when the necessary actions have been taken by the installation DODAAC Coordinators and USARCENT.
- Coordinate actions to properly close DODAACs of units leaving theater with their associated documents in compliance with the command policy.

- Provide support on deliberate planning and crisis planning efforts, as well as represent the Supply Branch Officer in Charge (OIC) on the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP).
- Analyze data and provide input into the daily Executive Summary.

Additional Requirements:
US Citizenship. International and US drivers license. Medically fit for OCONUS long term deployment and be Drug Free. BS degree is preferred. Specialized military experience in the functional area supported by the task assignment may be considered to compensate for the lack of formal education or training on a case-by-case basis. Position requires five (5) years experience, plus the ability to successfully demonstrate the required knowledge, skills and abilities. SECRET security clearance preferred. Hands-on army maintenance (MOS 63 series) or supply (MOS 92 series) systems including experience with ULLS-G/A and SAMS I/II are preferred. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma is preferred.

Physical Demands:
Certain operations may require the individual to lift and move computer and other equipment of approximately 50 lbs in weight, as well as being able to push a wheeled dolly with multiple computer systems loaded. The individual must be able to perform duties in extreme weather (dusty, arid, high and low temperature). Travel may also be required to support contingency military operations in remote/austere physical environments. Position may require bending, kneeling, or crawling to get to cables under and behind furniture. Additionally, the position will call for the employee to climb onto military equipment and or vehicles to engage in data validation.
The individual is required to be in good health and be able to pass medical examinations as dictated by the U.S. Army.

Work Environment:
Work environment is typically indoors in an office environment. However, some outdoor work may be required in austere conditions (dusty, extreme heat or cold). Certain operations may require 24 hour support. Accordingly, individuals may be assigned to work during non-routine shifts, and long hours and other duties as required.
