<item><title>Quality Control and Training Specialist Job (Williamsburg, KY, US)</title><description><![CDATA[<b>Job Order:</b> J0312-0133 - Permanent Full Time<br/><b>Title:</b> Quality Control and Training Specialist<br/><b><b>Category:</b></b> Consulting / Business / Functional<br/><b><b>City:</b></b> Williamsburg, Kentucky, United States<br/><br/><b>Job Description:</b> Quality Control and Training Specialist<br/><br/>The Quality Control and Training Specialist will be responsible for the following:<br/><br/>-Maintain Contract Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Training Plan<br/>-Maintain a current collection of internal and external training resources. Prepare training reports and individual training records<br/>-Coordinate, reserve, and evaluate external training programs and/or conferences. Review and evaluate vendor-produced training programs and facilitates program delivery<br/>-Conduct training needs assessments and responds to training requests identified by managers. Determine staff skill levels and training needs using various methods: needs assessment surveys, participant course evaluations, employee feedback, management feedback<br/>-Develop basic components of instructional design; sequencing and clustering of learning events and objectives, task learning relationships, training materials and performance measures. Also implement supplementary training solutions such as role play scenarios<br/>-Prepare and create audio visual materials, manuals, handbooks, job aids, and other training materials as needed<br/>-Analyze participation response, develop findings and make recommendations. Plan and conduct validity and reliability studies to detect trends or weak areas making recommendations for necessary changes in training program<br/>-Coordinate and develop the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program, providing updates and refresher training as program changes are implemented<br/><br/>Requirements:<br/><br/>-Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of experience.<br/>-Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Visio.<br/>-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.<br/>-Must be able to use and interpret the Applicable Documents as described in the Statement of Work (SOW).<br/>-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to draft effective training and presentations, communicate with customers, and to disseminate information to a wide audience.<br/>-Must possess attention to detail to successfully analyze and evaluate trends, maintain detailed records.<br/>-Must possess strong organizational skills.<br/>-Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a member of the team to effectively interact with personnel at all levels.<br/>-US Citizenship is required.<br/>-Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Government Security Clearance to start employment and maintain a Secret Government Security Clearance to continue employment.<br/>-Must be able to successfully complete a CGI background check to start employment.
