From this statement grew an entire business philosophy, which includes a commitment to the continuous learning and professional development of our most strategic asset: our professionals.

At CGI, our dream inspires us to be a team of builders. With a drive for quality and excellence, CGI employees, whom we call members, are committed to sharing in our clients' business challenges, finding the best solutions and achieving client success. To allow them to do this, CGI strives to create an environment that promotes the professional development of our members and facilitates and encourages the exchange of expertise among them.

We understand the need to maintain and enhance our members' technical and managerial knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis. Our training and professional development programs ensure this need is met.

From our annual Excellence in Innovation Awards (EIA) and numerous online knowledge sharing forums to the CGI Leadership Institute curriculum and the e-learning opportunities of CGI's Personal Development Kiosk, CGI rewards members for their innovations, enables them to share those innovations across the company, and provides ample opportunities to hone skills through seminars, courses and conferences.
